City of Katy Police Chief former Texas Ranger Jose Noe Diaz, Jr.

Keepusahonest.com has been asking to meet with Joe Diaz and he totally refused. We asked why the City of Katy Police is not reporting any incidents as all other adjacent departments from the Harris County, Fort Bend County, City of Fulsher and others. We got no response from this man at all. Due to the lack of response we made an open records request and finally Katy PD sent an excellsheet with hundreds of incidents that are not being reported to the citizens of the City of Katy in what it is belived an attempt to hide and conceal the high number of incidents within the City of Katy.

At this point it is unknown why Joe Diaz is hiding these incidents from public view since reporting them to Lexis Nexis and other crime stopper websites helps citizens to be aware of what is happening around them and prevents crime. It is assumed Joe Diaz is hiding it since the high crimes ocurring during his watch reflect bad on him and the mayor of the City of Katy, but Diaz will not offer any explanation.

Keepusahonest.com has documented several incidents after the 2009 incident when Joe Diaz and now Mayor William Bill Hastings (ex-chief of police) and others lied and committed perjury in official documents including but not limited to:

1. Illegally detained a couple that was walking around the neighborhood,

2. Illegally stopped a Black man for supposedly having illegal underglow lights, but it was found the lights were not red, blue or any illegal color. After video taping the incident they let the Black man go.

3. Illegally detained a young man in a UHaul at the HEB gas station located by I-10 and Pin Oaks.

4. Made illegal exits with a Katy PD SUV without lights or siren from the I-10 highway into an exit ramp crossing the dirt, not using their turn signals and then abruptly turning back into the I-10 highway through the dirt since the patrol was already about 100 meters into the exit ramp, then accelerating over 90 mph to come to a sudden stop, turning right on the dirt besides the highway and making a zero at high speed. This stunned the drivers passing since there was medium to heavy traffic.

In 2009, Joe Diaz filed false affidavits based on hearsay from his City of Katy, Texas friends, which include Chief Hastings and Captain Gay Dickerson from the City of Katy Police Department.

The false, deceptive and misleading information filed by this bad and rookie Texas Ranger ultimately resulted with the apprehension and wrongful incarceration of an innocent man.

The innocent man had irrefutable evidence and Texas Ranger Jose Noe Diaz, Jr. refused to even consider it.

Even after complaints were made to the Texas Rangers, information which includes irrefutable evidence of the innocence of the individual and criminal perjuries from Diaz's friends, this rookie Texan Ranger continued supporting the criminals who provided him with false information in an alliance of corruption.

This rookie Texas Ranger cannot be trusted as we have evidence that proves his loyalty does not lie with justice but with his corrupt good old buddies.

We have information Diaz has:

1. Lied to the the Harris County District Attorney,

2. Conspired with to imprison an innocent person, and

3. Conspired to cover-up the evidence.

This man is not credible and should not be allowed to testify in court in any civil or criminal matters.
